Incubator client, Solstice Medical Named One of the Companies to Watch

Five northeast Indiana companies are among 41 in the state included in the third-annual “Companies to Watch” list compiled by the Indiana Economic Development Corp. and several other organizations.


The northeast Indiana companies are: Jack Laurie Floors LLC, JH Specialty, Prairie Quest Inc. and Solstice Medical LLC, all of Fort Wayne, and Shuttleworth Inc. of Huntington.

The 41 companies chosen are privately held, have up to 150 employees and have between $750,000 and $100 million in annual revenue or capital. They were chosen from among more than 300 nominations.

Among the key criteria used to identify the 41 companies were growth in revenue, technology, innovation and potential for future success.

In addition to the IEDC, Purdue University and the Edward Lowe Foundation participated in choosing the honorees.
