Overview:

When a founder wants to take action on an idea, they often want support in creating a good business model. They would normally seek out an accelerator program or turn to experienced friends and family, but many accelerators don’t focus on business models, and founders from underserved communities sometimes don’t have friends with business experience. Our Discovery Workshop creates a way to help any founder quickly build a business model that works.

What We’ll Cover:

• What will generating revenue from a successful business model enable me to do?
• Identifying the problems you face, and then learning how to love them.
• Defining what makes your product valuable, and translating that into a Unique Value Proposition.
• A breakdown of what revenue, price, costs and cost management looks like for your business.
• How to identify your stakeholders, and use their feedback to propel you forward into action.
