Unique Business Direction

Support At Every Stage

Need to set and achieve business goals?

When you’re in the weeds and wearing all the hats it is difficult to set aside time for goal setting.  When you finally do, putting together a strategy and working toward achieving them is overwhelming.

Wonder about your next best steps?

You vowed never to work for someone again. However, making every business decision on your own is heavy and lonely.   You’re flying blind.

Feel overwhelmed and under supported?

You are eating, sleeping, breathing the business.  That means, you end up talking about your business more than any other topic.  Every conversation with those closest to you (and complete strangers) end with you feeling let down, kept down, or judged.

Don’t go this alone.

Courage at Every Stage

Have you been in business for 3-7 years still falling short of your profit goals?

Do you operate a side hustle that you would like to turn into a full-time business?

Have you been in business for 10+ years and need support sustaining your growth?

Our experienced coaches co-create a strategic plan to help you achieve whatever success looks like to you.  Watch this video of five WEOC WBC clients who show courage and achieve what success looks like for them.

Choose one (or all three) ways to work with us:

1:1 Coaching

Look at your business from a birds-eye view.  Dive deep into implementation.  Be held accountable to your goals.  This is a laser focused, coach led option.  Meet as little or as often as you like.

Group Coaching

Surround yourself with 3-7 businesses at the same stage looking to achieve similar goals.  Share war stories and receive peer mentoring.  A rising tide lifts all boats concept.  Choose between our Accelerator or Masterminds.

WEOC clients juggle business building, family, and (often) full time jobs.  Understanding that networking is essential to business growth, we provide trainings where attendees can implement and network as they learn.
