The Northeast Indiana Innovation Center is a place of inspiration. Our 55-acre campus and 74,400 sq. ft. facilities serve as an entrepreneurial ecosystem, home to innovators, emerging businesses and high-performance companies.

Our Location.
Our campus stands at the center of The Knowledge Triangle—excellence in education, research and commercialization - adjacent to Purdue University Fort Wayne, Indiana University Fort Wayne, and Ivy Tech North Community College.
The NIIC is located in northeast Fort Wayne, Indiana’s second largest city. Our campus is conveniently near I-69 and major commercial corridors. We are only ten minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from Fort Wayne International Airport.

The Innovation Center.
At the core of our original facility is a tech, high-energy central hub where visitors and up to 50 resident companies come to connect, collaborate and enjoy the company of other innovators.

Emerging Growth Center.
With over 34,000 sq. ft. of space, the Emerging Growth Center serves as an expansion area for second-stage companies. Its large accommodations are flexibly designed for businesses in need of more than 2,000 sq. ft. of dedicated space.
The Emerging Growth Center is the destination for companies that want to establish their own image and identity while taking advantage of The NIIC’s amenities, infrastructure, and positive brand association.
